The NYOS TORQ Reactor Body G2 is an interchangeable media chamber for the modular TORQ reactor system. Pair it with a compatible TORQ dock to run activated carbon, phosphate-removal media, zeolite or biopellets as part of your aquarium filtration system.

The body can be disconnected for maintenance or when changing media. Twist-lock closures hold the lid and bottom insert in place, allowing tool-free servicing. Rather than a conventional coarse sponge, the G2 design uses a fine retaining grid that helps keep smaller media in position, reduces the tendency for clogging and makes more of the chamber available for media. The grid arrangement supports different media particle sizes.

Water distribution has been revised for a more even path through the chamber. The modular design also allows different body sizes to be fitted to the same TORQ base.

Available capacities are 0.75 L, 1.0 L and 2.0 L. The TORQ dock is required and is sold separately. The listed entry price refers to the 0.75 L body.
